The bakery works with many suppliers to source ingredients.   We’ve cooked with Maple Meadows’ eggs and Monument Farms’ dairy products from the beginning!  Our local suppliers help determine what we cook, whether Chris Cartier brings in a special cut of meat, or Marian and Marjorie at Orb Weaver Farm have extra-large shallots & eggplant in August.  It is great to see the producers themselves when they deliver and stop for a sandwich.  This is a selection of some of our most local and reliable sources:
